An Introduction to Regenerative Family Dynamics

“Nature-based Regenerative Family Dynamics offers a fresh take on traditional cultural routines and experiences that strengthen connections and create a strong foundation for families — and future generations — to build on. I’m excited by the potential of this work, which aims to address our deepest needs and our highest potential as fully-expressed human beings. Peter, Jon, and Lonner have lived their work, and bring a wealth of experience and caring to the families they serve.”

Wealth and legacy can’t outlast broken family dynamics.

Dysfunctional family dynamics are the single biggest threat to a family’s legacy and heritage.

When Peter was in his thirties, he watched mistrust and conflict destroy tens of millions of dollars of his family’s wealth. That experience led him to a career in investments, where he works with families to help them plan for and build their financial futures.

Over decades of working with families, here’s what we’ve learned:

No amount of estate planning—no matter how well-intended and conceived—can survive heirs with dysfunctional relationships.

We realized that when it comes to the successful transfer of wealth, mentoring and preparing families is as important as creating legal documents and financial plans.

And yet so many families don’t even know how to talk to each other—let alone work together and cooperate.

They are disconnected, both from themselves and each other. Disconnection leads to distrust. Distrust leads to fear—and the things we fear we ultimately try to destroy.

The solution is restoring connection, but where do you even start?

To rebuild connection, you need the right tools.

The patterns our brains used to connect with each other are primitive—wired into our neurobiology from early childhood.

Many cultures have understood these neurological patterns intuitively, and used routines and traditions that encouraged and reinforced meaningful connection. Unfortunately, these practices have been largely lost for most people in modern life.

Those neurological pathways are still there, however—waiting to be rediscovered and used.

The blueprint is in nature, and once we understand this blueprint, we can begin implementing simple practices and the techniques to help ourselves and the people we work with build meaningful and healing connections.

What You’ll Learn

Here are some of the things we  cover in this 90 minute webinar:

  • The ways disconnection is literally programmed into our culture and environment
  • Nature’s secret blueprint for how to best connect with others
  • One simple greeting practice that instantly increases trust
  • An easy way to use gratitude to immediately create common ground within families
  • The surprising power of an easy nature sitting practice
  • How we can use storytelling to irresistibly build connection

And much more…
