Come join us to learn about specific, easy steps you can take now to help preserve your health and your wealth!
New webinar series!
Most of us envision our retirement years as a time filled with enjoyable experiences. However, a crucial piece of that vision is not addressed in typical retirement planning – having good cognitive function in our later years. In the same way that we start financial planning for retirement decades in advance, we also should begin planning for our cognitively aging brains when we’re in our 40’s and 50’s: everyday habits in middle-age will affect brain health and cognitive function in our 70’s and 80’s.
In this webinar series, you will learn about:
- How cognitive function changes as we age
- Cognitive reserve: a way to maintain cognitive function as we age
- How having high cognitive reserve benefits your retirement savings
- Everyday activities that can help boost cognitive reserve and maintain cognitive function
You also will have access to supplemental materials and videos that reinforce and enhance information provided in the webinars.

I thought the course was very informative and presented in a way that was easy to understand. I was reminded that exercise is not only for my physical health, but also for my mental health. It made me more aware of how just by taking walks and/or meditating are great for brain and body. Great course!
